A fantastic opportunity to join the Bell View Senior Management Team and be a key contributor to the work we do, making a meaningful difference to the lives of those we work with and support. We are looking for someone who can work 22.5 - 30 hours. We are looking for an Accountant to support the operation of our Charity and our subsidiary businesses; Bell View Care Limited and Bell View Help at Home. We are searching for someone who is a Chartered, Certified or CIMA Accountant or someone qualified through experience in the charitable sector.
This role would support someone local or within a short commute, who would be happy to work between 22.5 and 30 hours a week in Belford.
The Finance Manager’s responsibility is to ensure that the financial information we have supports the managers and the board/s to make excellent decisions.
The Finance Manager will engage with the budget holders to ensure the financial information is informative and understood to assist with their decision making.
As an experienced manager, you will have experience of financial management and a proven ability to both motivate and be a part of effective teams. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills and be both proactive and solution-focused.
