Last Tuesday, our volunteer squad got together for an evening of pure indulgence and appreciation at a Volunteer Celebration Evening. With smiles from ear to ear, we wined and dined our volunteers, - and handed out lots of hugs - alongside some *seriously* coveted awards.

The night kicked off with a delicious spread of pizzas for every palate paired with ice-cold Peroni or crisp Prosecco! However, the real treats were the winners of the evening's awards.   Every single one of our team is a rockstar in our books, but we nevertheless had fun awarding singular awards for some of those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.

A number of awards were made.  The 'Cool Cat' award went to Linda M.  Pat C with her zen vibes, received the ‘Calm Captain’ award.   Frank and Joyce, with their seamless volunteering double act, received our 'Perfect Pair’ award. Rick, with his lightning-fast responses was given 'The Lewis Hamilton?' award.

To our incredible volunteers - thank you. Thank you for your passion, your dedication, and your unwavering commitment.  Nights like these are our chance to shout your praises from the rooftops!  We salute you all. You're our MVPs.  Moreover, we look forward to more unforgettable celebrations with you, our unbeatable volunteer team!
